We have been informed by our delivery partners Royal Mail / Parcel Force that The Communication Workers Union(CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and mail to take strike action on the following dates:
9, 11, 14, 15, 23 and 24 December 2022
WE’RE SORRY THAT THIS STRIKE ACTION IS LIKELY TO CAUSE SOME DELAYS TO YOUR ORDERS.
Royal Mail / Parcelforce have advised us that they do have well-developed contingency plans and that they'll be doing what they can to keep services running, but you should expect some disruption on, and around, the planned CWU strike dates.
Whilst we will continue to process orders during the above strike dates, we cannot guarantee that any timed deliveries via Royal Mail / Parcelforce will be made on time.
You will continue to be given tracking information for your orders once they have been dispatched, but please accept that there will be delays on every order throughout December due to backlog of shipments Royal Mail will have to deal with.
