Artwork Requirements: 

Safe area (5mm)
We recommend keeping important content like text, images, logos and other ‘live matter’ inside the white area.
Why? There is always a small amount of movement
during our finishing process and keeping items out of
this safe area ensures that they don’t accidentally get
cut off.


Bleed (3mm)
We require 3mm on all sides. Please do not include any important content within this area. Please extend your background artwork into this section.
Why? There is always a small amount of movement
during our finishing process and extending your
design into the 3mm bleed area compensates for this
movement to give a perfect finish.

    Delivery and Shipping

    Delivery Information

    At PrintPeel&Stick, we understand the importance of tracking your order and ensuring its safe and timely delivery. That's why we provide you with all the necessary information to track your package and make sure it reaches you without any hassle.

    Order Tracking

    For majority of our items, we use Royal Mail as our trusted shipping partner. If your order is eligible for tracking, you will receive a notification of despatch email that includes a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to easily check the status of your order.

    Please make sure to use the tracking number provided to stay updated on the whereabouts of your package. In the event that a delivery is missed, you can visit www.royalmail.com to arrange collection or re-arrange delivery.

    It's important to note that Royal Mail holds items for a period of 7-14 days before returning them to the sender. Therefore, it's crucial to stay informed and take necessary action if needed.

    Other couriers we use are Parcelforce, DPD, Evri, DHL and Fedex. You will receive information on which service has your order when you received your dispatch email. These courier service are mainly used for larger bulk orders and business print. 

    Please double-check your address to ensure its accuracy. In the event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the postage cost will need to be paid again by the customer.

    Tracking Reference Numbers

    We understand that you're eager to track your order as soon as possible. That's why we ensure that tracking reference numbers are entered into our system within 24 hours of despatching your goods. This allows you to start tracking your package at the earliest convenience.

    International Orders

    For our international customers, we use a Signed for or Tracked and Signed for postal service to ensure the safe delivery of your items. It's important to provide us with a complete and correct address during checkout to avoid any issues with delivery. These services depend on your geographical location.

    Please double-check your address to ensure its accuracy. In the event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection, the postage cost will need to be paid again by the customer.

    Returns & Refunds

    We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    We do recommend sending any items back using a tracked service, as PrintPeel&Stick will not be held responsible for any returns that get lost in the mail. 
    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photographs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
